- Day of coordination for up to 12 hours
- Includes 1 hour of coverage for rehearsal dinner/venue walk-through with the wedding party.**
- Supervision of all vendors during set up, throughout the event, and take down if time frame allows.
- Placing all personal decor items - linens, centerpieces, general decor, etc.
- Handing off final payments and vendor tips on the day of when deliveries are received.
- All communication on the day of would go through me - including vendors, guests, and your needs.
- Includes 2 nights of lodging & all gas expenses within 150 miles of Aberdeen, WA.

Full Service:
- Month to Month Checklist
- Unlimited calls, texts, and emails.
- Up to weekly in-person or zoom meetings to discuss progress
- Vendor and Venue Research & Communication.
- Design planning assistance
- Scheduling appointments with/for vendors & venues as needed
- Assistance with Budget Planning
- Attend up to 3 meetings with venue/vendors
- Day of timeline creation, review, and distribution
- Day of coordination for up to 12 hours
- Includes 1 hour of coverage for rehearsal dinner/venue walk-through with the wedding party.
- Supervision of all vendors during set up, throughout the event, and take down if time frame allows.
