"Sydney was absolutely marvelous! We planned a 200 person Indian wedding within three months and we made it work. We hired her as a partial planner and day of coordinator, and she created a custom package for us. She worked with us to select our vendors by giving us lots of recommendations and advice to fit our needs. We had meetings every other week and she was very responsive with her emails. As it became closer to the wedding day, she communicated with our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. Everything had a flow on the day of the wedding and she remained organized and had a calm presence throughout the day. My family loved her as they were helping with setup, decorations and she kept them organized and engaged throughout the day. The setup and cleanup went as planned and the bride and groom did not have to do any worrying. She was there for almost 11 hours, getting ready to setup and leading towards a three hour ceremony, five hour reception and ending with cleanup. My favorite part of the wedding was how she pulled us out (the bride & groom) when we had some downtime with guests and send us with appetizers and drinks to the dressing room. The little bit of time was very much appreciated to catch our breaths and reminded us that it was or day. Overall, a splendid job."

"My husband proposed to me on the 4th of July, and 5 weeks later we found out we were pregnant. I decided I wanted to have our wedding before I started showing. My mom and I got started right away and thankfully Syd was around when we got to work. We quickly realized how in over our heads we were and she was eager to help! She completely took over and planned all the details for me. I was admittedly a little difficult because I didn't know what I wanted and I was miserably sick for most of the planning. Syd pretty much started from scratch and got everything in line for the big day. On the day of, she supervised set up, and made sure everything would be perfect for us. I am so happy I had Sydney to be the one helping me on my wedding day and I would recommend her time and time again."

"Sydney was fabulous! We hired her for our wedding day-of coordination and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and ideas I needed to bounce off of her while I did the planning and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. We had meetings leading up to the wedding that were crucial to keep track of things, she also helped build our timeline. On the day-of she was on top of the decorations and layout, etc. and kept the pace at the wedding in a relaxed and professional manner. I got to spend the whole time enjoying the party! "I could not recommend Sydney of Renae's Rendezvous more highly. She was extremely kind, warm, helpful, calming, professional, understanding, flexible, communicative, responsive, authentic, and highly competent from start to finish. My husband and I hired her somewhat last minute as a day-of-wedding coordinator, and that was easily one of the best decisions we made in the whole process. We got really lucky that we found her! Sydney's willingness to travel to our somewhat remote wedding location was much appreciated. She also asked fantastic questions that helped my husband and I fill in the gaps on our planning process and also ensured that the big day went as smoothly as possible. I was so thankful that she was able to come a day early to walk us through and rehearse the ceremony. She also put together a day-of wedding agenda, was the point of contact for all vendors, and spearheaded wedding setup, flow, and take-down. Sydney even went above and beyond in problem solving when we caught a tech/audio issue the day before the wedding, by personally researching, *buying*, and connecting missing cords needed for our mic and music setup.
